All Players must Register and Pay for USA Rugby Insurance through Rugby Xplorer.

Club Registration Form, Player Photo,
Birth Certificate, Consent Waivers and Annual Club Membership Fee.
U6/U8 = $150 | U10 = $200 | U12-U19 = $275
